O II Encontro de Mulheres nas Ci\u00eancias Criminais ocorreu em Bel\u00e9m, de 14 a 16 de maio de 2018 sob organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo \u00a0de Estudos e Pesquisas Direito Penal e Democracia.\u00a0O evento teve como professora homenageada a crimin\u00f3loga Vera Malaguti de Souza Weglinski Batista.\u00a0<\/span>Os anais do evento reunem resumos dos tr\u00eas grupos de trabalho do evento\u00a0<\/span>“Epistemologias feministas nas ci\u00eancias criminais”, “Criminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres” e “Viol\u00eancias cometidas contra as mulheres”.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

A especificidade do olhar e do fazer feminino no Direito merecem ser ressaltados e exaltados. No Brasil, as mulheres est\u00e3o protagonizando de forma crescente uma perspectiva te\u00f3rica eminentemente cr\u00edtica, especialmente nas ci\u00eancias criminais. H\u00e1 tempos vem ganhando destaque a produ\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddico-cr\u00edtica feminina, esta que surge como forma de rompimento com a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o manual\u00edstica em todas as \u00e1reas que envolvem a quest\u00e3o criminal. No entanto, a presen\u00e7a feminina nos diversos semin\u00e1rios e congressos, ainda n\u00e3o reflete a quantidade e, tampouco, a qualidade de sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o nas ci\u00eancias penais. A dogm\u00e1tica jur\u00eddico-penal ainda \u00e9 dominada por doutrinadores homens e, n\u00e3o raro, a presen\u00e7a dessas palestrantes nos eventos \u00e9 (numericamente) simb\u00f3lica, quando n\u00e3o inexistente. Desta feita, os anais desse evento podem contribuir para disseminar o conhecimento que tem sido produzido e estimular novos debates.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    O Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa Direito Penal e Democracia da Universidade Federal do Par\u00e1 (UFPA) torna p\u00fablica a CHAMADA para SELE\u00c7\u00c3O DE TRABALHOS para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o no II Encontro Nacional das Mulheres nas Ci\u00eancias Criminais: Perspectivas Feministas\u00a0<\/strong>a partir das Margens<\/strong>, \u200bque ser\u00e1 realizado em Bel\u00e9m do Par\u00e1 no per\u00edodo de 14, 15 na sede da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil e 16 de maio de 2018 na Universidade Federal do Par\u00e1.
    1. \u200bOs resumos expandidos ser\u00e3o recebidos at\u00e9 30 de mar\u00e7o de 2018\u200b<\/strong>, e devem ser remetidos ao e-mail direitopenaledemocracia@gmail.com, indicando no assunto \u201cEncontro-Crimin\u00f3logas- GT (n\u00famero)\u201d.
    2. \u200bOs resultados ser\u00e3o divulgados at\u00e9 a data de 8 de abril de 2018<\/strong> \u200bna p\u00e1gina do DPD (http:\/\/www.direitopenaledemocracia.com.br\/).
    3. \u200bOs resumos podem ser submetidos em coautoria, em n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de dois autores.
    4. \u200bOs resumos n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o estar identificados<\/strong> e devem ser submetidos obedecendo o seguinte formato:

Resumo desenvolvido em, no m\u00e1ximo, 1.000 palavras (sem espa\u00e7os) e, no m\u00ednimo, 800 palavras (sem espa\u00e7os): fonte Times New Roman 12, alinhamento justificado, com espa\u00e7amento 1,5 entre as linhas, sem notas de rodap\u00e9, contendo: apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, breve desenvolvimento expondo o marco te\u00f3rico, as refer\u00eancias b\u00e1sicas e, se houver, a conclus\u00e3o. Os elementos pr\u00e9-textuais e a bibliografia b\u00e1sica n\u00e3o entram na contagem de palavras\u200b;<\/strong>
    \u00a0 \u00a0 c. P\u00e1gina com margens superior e esquerda de 3 cm e inferior e direita de 2 cm;
    \u00a0 \u00a0 d. Arquivo com extens\u00e3o .doc ou outra compat\u00edvel com o Microsoft Word.
    5. Antes do envio do resumo revis\u00e1-lo com aten\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s a submiss\u00e3o do resumo n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 admitida a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, corre\u00e7\u00e3o ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o do conte\u00fado ou qualquer outra informa\u00e7\u00e3o do resumo encaminhado, sendo o conte\u00fado de inteira responsabilidade dos autores.
    6. \u200bNo corpo do e-mail de envio do resumo dever\u00e3o constar os dados pessoais do(a)s autor(e\/a)s e coautore(a)s, a saber: nome completo, titula\u00e7\u00e3o, IES (institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino superior) a que est\u00e1 vinculado(a), profiss\u00e3o, e-mail, telefone para contato com DDD, CPF para os brasileiros e n\u00famero de passaporte para estrangeiros. Em caso de querer utilizar nome social, basta\u00a0<\/strong>indicar no e-mail.<\/strong>
    7. Somente ser\u00e3o analisados resumos que atendam \u00e0s regras e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es deste edital e cujo(a)s autor(e\/a)s esteja(m) devidamente identificado(s).
    8. \u200bCada autor(a) ou coautor (a) poder\u00e1 submeter at\u00e9, no m\u00e1ximo, dois resumos para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o no evento. Caso o(a) autor(a) envie mais de dois resumos, mesmo em coautoria, ser\u00e3o considerados apenas os dois \u00faltimos enviados.
    9. A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos resumos ser\u00e1 ordenada em grupos tem\u00e1ticos, e no caso de coautoria, \u00e9 suficiente a presen\u00e7a de pelo menos um(a) do(a)s autore(a)s no momento da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o. Sendo enviados os certificados de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o posteriormente.

    EMENTA.
    A luta dos movimentos feministas levou ao desenvolvimento de grandes avan\u00e7os normativos no \u00e2mbito da prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos humanos das mulheres. Todo esse avan\u00e7ar repercutiu tamb\u00e9m na esfera acad\u00eamica, havendo um polvilhar de pesquisas sobre a quest\u00e3o, em especial a partir dos estudos de g\u00eanero. As ci\u00eancias criminais se mantiveram, durante muito tempo, refrat\u00e1rias ao debate, sendo produzidas por homens a partir do olhar sobre a realidade dos homens no sistema de justi\u00e7a criminal. Importantes correntes te\u00f3ricas, contudo, se desenvolveram como as criminologias feministas, que questionaram epistemologicamente a produ\u00e7\u00e3o desse conhecimento. Surgiram inegavelmente tens\u00f5es dentro dessas problematiza\u00e7\u00f5es, principalmente com o surgimento de leis que, sob a escusa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres, refor\u00e7am o aparato punitivo. Temos ent\u00e3o de um lado, o desenvolvimento de uma perspectiva feminista, preocupada com o respeito e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos das mulheres, e, de outro lado, uma perspectiva cr\u00edtica \u00e0 atua\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de justi\u00e7a criminal, que reconhece que a pena n\u00e3o tem cumprindo as fun\u00e7\u00f5es propostas pelas grandes teorias, promovendo, muitas vezes, apenas mais dor e viol\u00eancia. Dividem-se, assim, os GTs em:
